Traxxas Velineon VXL-3s BL Power System TRX3350R

The classic Traxxas brushless upgrade. The Traxxas Velineon VXL-3s Power System is one of the most popular ways to give your 1/10 Traxxas model a serious boost in speed, punch and overall performance.

This complete power system includes the waterproof VXL-3s electronic speed control and the Velineon 3500Kv sensorless brushless motor. The system is designed to work together as a matched package, giving smooth throttle feel, strong acceleration and proper 2S or 3S LiPo performance in suitable 1/10 Traxxas vehicles.

The VXL-3s speed control is easy to use thanks to Traxxas EZ-Set one-button programming. You can choose between Sport Mode, Race Mode and Training Mode. Training Mode limits power to 50%, which is very handy when a newer driver wants to learn the car before unleashing full Velineon power.

With built-in two-stage low voltage detection for LiPo batteries, thermal protection, locked rotor protection and battery over-voltage protection, the VXL-3s is made for real-world RC use. The waterproof design also makes it well suited for the kind of driving Traxxas cars are famous for: gravel, grass, dirt, puddles and plenty of “one more run” moments.

This is a great upgrade for many Traxxas 1/10 models, including Slash, Rustler, Stampede, Bandit, Rally and 4-Tec models when properly fitted and geared. As always with brushless upgrades, check gearing, drivetrain condition and temperatures during the first runs.
