The original release in the Xray XB2 series was the XB2 Carpet Edition, launched late 2015, and quickly followed by the dirt racing specific XB2 - Dirt Edition. The XB2 platform has been constantly developed and improved, and the original XB2 kits have been followed by the XB2 2017 - Carpet Edition, XB2 2017 - Dirt Edition, XB2 2018 - Carpet Edition, XB2'19 Dirt Edition and XB2'19 Carpet Edition.
