Delivery and payment terms

All products that are listed as “in stock” are in our own warehouse and ready to ship the next day. Exceptions to this are pre-orders and possible, but unlikely, errors in stock numbers. All products include the Finnish VAT (24%). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment and Shipment Information

All orders in Finland are shipped via Itella (the Finnish postal service). All other EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania,Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom) orders are upgraded to priority shipping.

We accept Paypal, Credit cards and IBAN/BIC bank transfers.

Estimated shipping times by the finnish post (Itella) Most of the time they are in the faster side

• The Nordic Countries (Finland, Sweden, Denmark): 2-5 business days,
• The rest of the EU countries: 3-7 business days

Canceling of a order

We accept returns of new, unused merchandise within 14 days. Please contact us at info@eurorc.com to receive return information.

After we receive the merchandise and verify that is in re-sellable condition, we will refund the money less a restocking fee. (10% of the order)
